Overall a great experience. Firstly, Amber, the tech (or her appropriate title) was super helpful in finding just the right prescription for me. The result was a contact lens adjustment that allowed me to see clearly and read fine print for the first time in over a decade. Dr Kueny was extremely pleasant and informative , taking time to explain things thoroughly. The people in the optical department continued the same pleasant experience. Would recommend highly.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The was great. The frame shop staff is always friendly and trying to help you. Every time I go there and let them look at my glasses they more or less fine tune them to fit me just as if they were new.

I truly appreciate the care and concern I received when I had a detached retina, and then later, a cataract. I don't mind driving from Chesapeake for my appointments, as my eyesight is a precious gift. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! appointment

I didn't have a problem with doctor.. what I do have a problem with was the people at frame shop.. They are so rude and disrespectful.
