The man Issac refused to help me with verifying my address. I have not received my debit card in the mail and was trying to make sure they had the correct address on file, as I recently moved. He asked me to verify my full name, phone number and possible address. I did; I even gave him both addresses to make sure. Then he asked for my social security number, I explained to him that I do not feel comfortable with giving out my social security number over the phone. Issac then said well if you dont provide me with your information then I cant do anything for you. I asked to speak to the branch manager then his tone became aggressive as he huffed and told me she was busy. OK, I emptied out my account and closed it. Is that enough verification for you Mr.Issac?

When my father and i left the parking lot on the 22nd street side we were attack by a whole bunch of riffraff that was hiding in the bushes. They ran out in front of my car They were hitting kicking my car. They tried to bust windows and tried grabbing my handle to my car. Not a safe place to do business at.
