Customer service is very poor you can’t call an talk to anyone u have go online an leaves messages an pictures and when they email you back after a few days it’s still no understanding they need better Communication and they will turn down a job before knowing problem

I write this with a heavy heart. I met this company at a networking group years ago and have kept them in the back of my mind for upholstery needs. My chiropractic table had a tiny tear from jewelry - the width of your pinky. (See photos) When they came to repair it they used a sealant that speeds the curing process. It was noxious high VOCs left an odor in our office for hours. It wasn’t requested or asked if we’d like to use this product. It was assumed because that’s what is used in other health care offices like dental. Dental upholstery is different than chiropractic which is a much softer supple fabric.
A week went by and we noticed more cracks and a discoloration in the area that was treated with the sealant. (See photos)
We reached out and it took 3 weeks to receive a response after multiple emails and phone calls. The response took no responsibility just blamed the “weak fabric”. This table is just a few years old and you can see there is zero wear and tear on the table we bought around the same time and on the rest of the table. (See photos)
You can also now see the progress in just 3 weeks since we’ve notice the cracking.
Ultimately I’m disappointed that this is the type of customer service a small business provides.

Complete and total sham. I reached out and set an appointment one week out to have my seats repaired in my jeep. Plans were made to takeoff work to be available to meet the contractor. After confirming an appointment via email multiple times, the company canceled approximately 45 minutes before stating the pictures I provided were good enough for an estimate and an on-site evaluation was NOT needed. I was told I would have an estimate via email the next day. Three weeks later no calls have been returned, no estimates have been received and I’m stuck right where I started. Do not use this company.

Phenomenal!!! Super fast response, great communication. Worked fast and really thorough, great communication throughout the process and made my driver seat look and feel like brand new. Highly recommend!!! Chris is the best in the entire area. Taylor was also amazing and really quick to respond with all my questions, wonderful wonderful support.

Christopher was really pleasant and obviously very competent. He did a great job and cleaned the stain on my car seat completely
