Don’t like to leave neg. reviews but this is the 2 Nd time this year the receptionist turned me away for an emergency extraction. I’ve been a patient since Stoner was at the office next to the old Winn Dixie which is now Roses. I’ll never go back again nor recommend this office. I’m in dire pain from this extremely loose molar. I understand dentists are backed up with appointments since this covid virus but an emergency should always be fitted it, I wasn’t even offered an appointment at the Henrico office. Nor was I given any advice where I could possibly go right away. I won’t be back. I’ve found a new dentist.

We had been going here for 6 years and all of a sudden his level of care dropped so dramatically I immediately quit using his practice in mid 2017. He got my wife on the hook for $1,300 for a crown that he did not get insurance approval prior to the procedure on in Jan 2019. So we tried to get them to appeal the denial but our insurance will not approve his mistake. We are looking for a new dentist that knows what he is doing. DO NOT USE STONER!!!

Terrible service, I'm a new patient and was talked to as I was a piece of trash by there receptionist Don N. she also hung up in my face after I told her I needed to cancel my appt. The chesterfield location is a little better it just all seems unprofessional and these are my teeth we are talking about, I'm considering changing dentist today!
