Reptile Adventure

Donna was excellent. We had a birthday party for a 6 year old girl. The kids and adults enjoyed themselves. Donna held everyone's attention. Very interesting. Thank you Reptile Adventure. Will definitely recommend.

We visited their facility in Nampa today. It is amazing how many animals they have and how willing Tyler is to answer questions and make it a fun experience for everyone. Can’t wait to go back!

I was going to use Donna's company last year for my son's birthday party but plans changed. I sent her an email a month in advance to let her know. The day of my son's party, she called and when I informed her that I had cancelled, she started to yell and insult me. After that, I received an email from her saying that I'm irresponsible and it's my fault that her animals are suffering from heat exhaustion. Take note, if she was transporting and caring for them properly, they wouldn't have suffered from heat exhaustion. She also tried to argue that I was lying and never sent her an email. She also demanded that I still pay her. So, I sent her a ss of the email and timestamp of when I sent it. After I proved that I did infact email her, she tried saying that I should have called her instead of sending the email because she hardly checks her email. First, why have a business email if you're never going to check it? Second, she is an example as to why I always email, for proof as needed. I also find it more professional and it helps in preventing any communication problems, clearly not this time. Needless to say, she is very rude, unprofessional, and apparently doesn't properly care for her animals. FYI, I still have the emails in case anyone is wondering.
