Arthur, Jerry and I would like to thank you for the amazing service we have received. Carlos is a gem. We were so impressed with his efficiency and that of his son. They knocked out a very difficult job in one day. They did not stop until it was completed and left the work area cleaner than it was when they got here. They never wasted a single minute and were the consummate professionals.. I told Carlos we will be asking for him personally when we need service. I cannot say enough good things, so let it suffice that we were impressed. We also appreciate your time in installing our filter. You just can’t beat the personal service of a family owned business. That’s why we choose to do business locally. We will definitely be recommending Air Excellence and will be delighted to provide testimonials if you need them.

My wife and I had to have our heat pump replaced. They jumped right on it took an extra $435 for a 3 year service agreement. When it came time for our maintenance as part of the service agreement they left us hanging all day then never came by. They lied about calling us and driving by the house. No missed calls and no one on my cameras around the house all day. Then they were able to come by a month later to finally do the maintenance. Then my air handler is no longer blowing air after the maintenance. I called at 630pm and was told someone would be by as soon as possible. Got a call later that no one would be by that night but they would call in the morning and take care of it. No one called or came by. I called the next day and now they had me trying to fix it over the phone. Luckily I was able to, good thing I didnt break anything because that would probably void my warranty. Now they have broken my service contract and won't return my calls and everytime I call the manager he is never in. Horrible way to run a company. Never had customer service this bad. They installed the unit incorrectly the first try and when they make another mistake they won't even fix it or give us our money back for a contract they can't fulfill. I just want a service I've paid for. After the owner came to check out our unit and speaking to the manager, we have received a refund for our service agreement.
