Critter Control of Richmond

We have used Critter Control twice in the last year and it has worked out well. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and stand by their work. They evicted bats from our attic last October and sealed the rake boards to prevent re-entry. No further issues there. A couple of stray bats got into our basement a few weeks ago and they did a thorough inspection to determine likely entry point, filled holes, and installed an exclusion tube above the basement door. They did this work under the warranty from the October job, which we very much appreciate. Thank you. Service: Wildlife

good job with very large cone shaped nest.Had to ask the technician to take a piece of the large nest out of a tree .It was just above head level and still attracting wasps..A little more clean up would have been nice. Had to call the office and have him come back for two nests that were missedGood communication at office, not as much in person.. Service: Hornets or wasps

Alan did a wonderful job taking care of some birds in my soffit. I would recommend and use Critter Control again.
