        Hired Road Dawgz to fix my car. The car was running before he looked at it. I purchased an alternator and a battery. He put the alternator in and the battery. Charged $300. Left with the car not running won't give me an invoice or return my money.

        I have used Road Dawgz a few times over the years. Yesterday I asked for assistance in installing a tow hitch that I bought. He charged me for one hour to install it and I feel that is very fair. Sometimes it is a hassle to take a vehicle to a shop and this is an alternative.

        Even though Im sure the company is good, the guy that worked on my car Shane was downright RUDE, had a nasty tone and TERRIBLE customer service. The only way Id call or use this company again is if the part isnt working properly and its covered under warranty. DO NOT have that guy work on your car (unless you want to have his condescending attitude/tone)
