I don't typically go out of my way to post stuff like this. But they've made an impression on me today.. We have always rented equipment from a company in Norton, that I won't specifically name. My last experience with them was pretty bad. So I decided to go with Bonney Equipment Rentals this time instead. We had an issue with the track coming off today (Sunday), which isn't a particularly rare thing for equipment. My dad and I were unable to get the track back on, so we called the company and left a message. This guy calls back, and tells me he's already on the way! He literally dropped everything he was doing on his Sunday off and drove all the way from Tazewell to Sandy Ridge to help us put this track back on! On top of that, he gave me more run time on the equipment and a later return date for the inconvenience. They are super professional and nice. If you're in need of an equipment rental, I would 10/10 recommend going with Bonney Equipment Rentals over anyone else around!

Austin Booney will work with anyone to get them into the equipment needed for their job/project. They are very reliable, straight foward on answers, questions are answered in a timly manner, delivery of equipment happens whe they say it's going to happen, and most of all they are loyal.
