        I left a voicemail and received a call back a few hours later the same day. Mr. Roethke took the time to walk me through what was evidently a very simple fix. I had called three previous companies and had told them the exact same thing, one company didn’t service this particular brand and the other two had simply quoted me a price for a service call. Turns out I simply needed to plug in some sort of “T” shaped piece correctly. I’m so very thankful that my neighbors recommended him, however I’m even more thankful that Mr. Roethke didn’t decided to just make a “quick easy buck” off of us. If we ever need a service for the spa he will definitely be the first person we call.
