My wife and I have a major issue with our insurance potentially not covering damage to our home. Jason was great to speak with, explained all of our options to get the best outcome. Jason could have suggested we use him as well as the appraiser, but was extremely honest and told us our best bet was to use the appraiser. Great experience.

Jason was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Very much appreciated his honesty about it not being worth it for us to hire him, I wish all of the professionals I spoke with were as honest and helpful. Highly recommend!

I took out a policy to cover significant renovations on a home. From day one, I was leery about the insurer underwriting the policy but it was the best option at the time. Sure enough, I ended up having to file a claim. The estimator may smile and be polite but ultimately represents the insurer. I had a strong suspicion I wouldn’t be given a fair offer. I needed someone in my corner representing my interests. Enter Jason Bhattacharya. Firstly, he returned my voicemail within 2 hours, after business hours. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, professional to a T, very well informed and always available to answer questions. From accrued experience, he knew the posture the insurer would take. He handled everything easily, had tools and referral sources to handle every issue that cropped up. In short, he’s a bulldog, in the best possible, professional way. He strongly advocated for me and made the experience seamless and easy. Thank goodness public adjusters are available as an option. I hope I don’t need you again Jason but if so, you’re my first call.
