Mark is a MAGICIAN! Our roof was structurally in good shape but looked horrible. Mark was professional in every interaction and followed up with me at the time of my choosing because I was busy with work. He squeezed us in so we could meet or deadline to get our house on the market. His prices were very reasonable and I loved that he gave clear instructions on how to prep. He took extra attention to ensure our grass and plants would not be damaged and even gave the house a good rinse. Not to mention he was on time and finished according to schedule!! I could not ask for a better experience. The difference is night and day!

Mark from Let Us Spray was incredibly responsive, timely, punctual, trustworthy and delivered on what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Pricing was fair and the quality of his work is A+!! Our house, roof and patios look brand new. House looks freshly painted! Mark is very professional in every aspect. We had debated having our roof cleaned for a while and finally decided to have Mark complete the work for us given his professional recommendations. Our roof looks amazing and we also had our house washed and that too made a huge difference - much cleaner than our past pressure washing jobs. Mark with Let Us Spray has done several jobs over the years and I've always been impressed with his knowledge, skills and service, both cleaning roofs and washings houses. If Mark cannot get the job done to your satisfaction, I'm not sure anybody can.
