U.S. Cellular Authorized Agent - B&H Computers

Pre ordered a phone and now they dont have it on the release date and are saying it may be three days until i get it. All other U.S. cellular stores in roanoke have them. Full of idiots do not ever go here

Great salesperson who was so friendly and informative. She fixed my phone with no problem. Very well satisfied.

Ashley was very helpful and playful and made my experience there pleasant. Normally I feel like all they care about is getting money but she made me enjoy my time and cant wait to go back

On June 8th I stopped by this store to quickly see if they had a car charger for my phone. I walked in a few minutes before 6 with the neon open sign lit, and as soon as I entered, the salesman immediately told me they were closed but had not turned the sign off. I thought maybe I had not noticed the time correctly and possibly had gone in after the 6pm closing time. When I got back to my car I looked at my phone clock and it read 5:51. I was going to go back in but the sign was then turned off. Good customer service would have been the salesman first saying hello, then we're are about to close, can I help you with something? All I got was we are closed and I forgot to turn the sign off. This is not the first time I've been unhappy with service at this store. Do not bother stopping in here. From now on I'll drive all the way to Valley View where that store is full of helpful sales people and very friendly.
