I live in North Carolina but I was referred to Melissa by a close friend to assist in having my tuxedo made for my wedding. Needless to say I have been blown away by her expertise, attention to detail, patience and overall care regarding my concerns and vision. A few weeks after taking delivery of my tux, I decided that I wanted some additional alterations made. I reached out to Melissa on a Sunday evening about what adjustments I wanted and was promptly followed up with a few minutes later. The following Monday morning she coordinated with Brox Labus in the Raleigh, NC office to have me come in and assist with the adjustments. Brox has also been an absolute pleasure to work with. This was a turn around time of less than 24 hours after asking Melissa about the alterations I wanted, which is simply incredible. Shes a rockstar and has earned Tom James my business moving forward.
