When I met the owner Eric Weisman on June 11, 2021 I specifically told him I wanted to be home when the work was done. When Eric gave me his card he said my email address is on my card and we can communicate through email. On June 22, 2021 I ran a 45-minute errand to return to my house to find 2 of his employees on my property. I had a voicemail from Eric that was left at 3:55 pm. I returned his call at 4:07 pm when I returned home. That's when Eric told me there were 2 of his employees on my property. Eric was unprofessional because he didn't do as I asked. Eric should have waited to speak with me before allowing two of his employees to go on my property. It's not all about the quality. It's about doing what the customer asks. Because Eric didn't do what I asked him to do I'm giving him a bad review on Google. I gave him a bad review on Angie's List. Why does Eric's invoice have a different physical address than several addresses I find on Google? As I've told the owner Eric in a text message and on one of my reviews on Angie's List, I will be mailing him a money order on or about July 15, 2021 in the amount of $150 to the address on his invoice 3509 Chaparral Drive SW Roanoke Virginia 24018. I've also told Eric he will need to sign for the envelope which will contain the money order. On June 23, 2021 after the work was completed Eric told me in a text I could take my time making the payment. Eric told me in the same text he never thought I wasn't going to pay him. On June 25, 2021 AFTER I left my review on Angie's List Eric told me in a text that he adds a $50 late fee to an unpaid invoice after 14 days. Eric told me in a text on June 25, 2021 that after 60 days he takes unpaid invoices to small claims court. The first photo is the way the area looked after Eric's two employees dug up the roots but before they sprayed and raked the area as Eric had told me he would do. I called Eric before I took that photo and I sent the photo to him. The second photo is one I took after his two employees were finished. I texted this second photo to Eric before his employees left my property. Eric won't confirm the correct name of one of his employees in the photo. He told me his name was Cameron.

Eric gave me a quick response to my request for an estimate. He and his team of friendly workers showed up and went right to work removing the old retaining wall, but we had some obstacles to contend with including heavy rain a couple of days. But they made up for the delays working hard and with diligence and did a beautiful job building the new wall, cleaning up and putting in the plantings, landscape fabric and mulch. The price was reasonable and he got me some great prices on the plants. Great job Eric and team.

Time Savers came to our rescue with much-needed snow removal services. Eric and his crew were out the same day it snowed and cleared the driveway and walkways quickly and effectively, then spread ice melt to prevent refreezing. You won't find anyone more reliable, reasonably priced and friendly than this team. Great customer service with a smile! We highly recommend this company.

Eric and his crew did an excellent job working on a large bed in our back yard. We were very pleased with his responsiveness, work, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Time Savers Landscaping.

Cancelled several time for an estimate. Did not respond to my voice message. They may do good work, but I would never know. Hope you have better luck.
