LewisGale Physicians - OB/GYN

Attempted to call cave spring lewisgale to set up an OB appointment. Receptionist first said yes we’re accepting new patients. I stated I’m 8 weeks right now and she said well there’s no one here for when you need to come in between 8-10 weeks. I said I’m actually being followed by the fertility clinic until 10 weeks so can I come in after that window? She says nope, I just said she’s going to be gone. You said she’s going to be gone when I’m 8-10 weeks. Yup and she’s going to be gone after that, I can refer you to the Salem office. I can’t go into detail but our doctor is gone for a month.The Salem office is too far for me. Welp that’s where it is. Forget it, I’ll go to Carilion. Rude receptionist and the doctor apparently leaves her patients for over a month, no thanks.

Dr. Mona Sadek is a great doctor. She’s knowledgeable and very professional, a physician who knows how to make her patients comfortable and safe.
