Tim sold us our home 13 years ago, and has kept in touch with us through the years since that time. When we were looking for a home in the area for our daughter, we turned to him for help with the process. He was very responsive when we wanted to look at a home, even when it was last minute and a bit of a drive. He is very knowledgeable about the whole area and his expertise in the real estate market has been most helpful! He has been very patient as our daughter looked at different types of homes over the past five months, and was willing to return to places she wanted to revisit. He suggested people we might use for inspections and other services, and we were very pleased with his recommendations. He is patient and kind, even under difficult circumstances in this crazy housing market! We are happy he helped us find a home for our daughter, and we would strongly recommend him to others!
