ABSOLUTE WORST. I can't count how many times we have had issues with this company. They don't drop the children off where they are supposed to, they don't pick them up when they are supposed to. They curse at the children. They neglected to pick our children up 2 times this week. Whenever we call to complain nothing gets resolved. Thank you Roanoke city for picking such a horrible bus contractor. TERRIBLE!

If I to give them no stars I would Roanoke city school busses have not been told what a stop sign is not a stop light stop sign and what a yield sign means that is why I do not let my kids ride on a city school Bus. They need to go through drive training classes just because your big doesn't mean you control the roads or the stop signs or yield signs!!!!
