I haven't experienced such nice and reliable service for a long time. My teeth cleaning was so thorough and gentle that I felt as if I was under the care of an angel. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Was just disappointed that after exam/X-rays with no significant issues my son didnt qualify for the original coupon of $59 for exam/xrays/cleaning and instead it would be $300. We declined. It felt like a bait and switch, I just have to wonder how many folks can qualify for the coupon price.

I have not been in Virginia very long, but needed a dentist. Being in the medical field I am often very skeptical, and always do my homework when it comes to new care providers. I received impact dental cares flyer in the mail for a promotion they were having, and decided to make an appointment. Sometimes you automatically expect a Doc in the box but the staff there was amazing. I dont believe anything. I have to see it and I see expertise and great customer service at Impact Dental and they are now my preferred care for dentistry and I dont think you would regret it if you pick them as well. They are cool rate from the front office where Alexis will do everything she can to get the appointment you need to the well trained and professional dentistry staff..
