        COVID-19 provided me with many twists and turns in my probate bond, causing me to talk with Patricia half a dozen times. She was always patient and extremely friendly despite the numerous calls. Patricia gave me all the information I needed, sometimes calling me back with it, and followed up with an email or text. I got the best customer service I've ever had, and I'm 68! Wish I could give her a 10 out of 5. A+++++++!
