Budget Truck Rental

Budget failed to provide the trucks reserved on three different occasions, including one where the company representative contacted me and promised that the truck would be available because we were renting a month in advance. The agency where we tried to pick up the trucks was a one-person business, pushing trucks out within 15 minutes of their arrival. No attempt was made to check the truck for safety or maintenance. When we called customer service we were told that reserved trucks were not available "all the time." Then--after failing to provide the trucks three times--they put fraudulent no-show charges on my credit card. This is NOT a reputable business.

Ms. Carla is the best. She saved me from what was enroute to being the day from hell. Budget should make her the standard for how all of their locations should operate.

If I can give Zero I will give it ! The laddie put you obligatory to add Insurance, she fill the form and mark YES, and YES in all. Personal insurance you can choose, if you want yes or no. Its better add in this from just YES or YES. 1 hour to she give us the truck, Custumer service and everting and she its like NO, and NO. Really bad experience. Form $133 to 299$ DONT LOSE YOUR TIME!!
