Cashier was too busy talking with fedex guy about non business related things to check me out. When he finally did come to ring me up, the wrong sticker was on the game and they would not honor the sticker they had put on said game. Worst customer service do not shop here.

Pretty good for a gamestop

I'd taken an iPhone XR to the location to the Gamestop near Spotsy mall and had a similar experience a year prior. I had an old Galaxy s21 that I wanted to sell because I needed to pay another phone bill. The employee right off the bat was a bit of an A-hole. I wanted to see how much they'd offer before taking it to an ecoATM. I was there first but he decided to check out the other people that came in 10 minutes behind me. Its fine but him getting into a 10 minute conversation about the new Forza while keeping me waiting was rather annoying. Anyways he FINALLY gets to me, enters in my details which needlessly take 30 minutes to do. The machine says my phone is too new and they can't take it. I'm making this post mostly because again this is the second phone I've taken in. Different manufacturer, carrier, store and a year later. I'm still having issues? I'm fully convinced Gamestop touted they buy phones as a means of advertisement and that they dont actually take any phones valued more than 50$. Take your devices to the ecoATM at the majority of Walmarts as you'll wait alot less time, and you wont walk out empty handed having wasted an hour for the employee to treat you like a second class citizen. I haven't been to a Gamestop in many years mostly due to the ability to digitally buy games and being able to buy new consoles on Ebay. After my experience tonight I'm reminded of why I hated going into Gamestop in the first place. To wrap up if time is fickle, if you need to sell a device, I'd you would rather not be treated like an annoyance sell your device at an ecoATM and digitally buy games on your consoles store. If you must visit a gamestop location avoid this one like the plague and visit the one either in Spotsy mall or the other location up the road. I have yet to visit this location and not feel like I'm bothering the employee by existing
