I visitied Golfsmith yesterday night. I was with two of my friends and we wanted to hit a bit (we are all the age of 13-14 by the way). Both of my friends were experienced golfers and knew what they were doing, but one of the employees thought otherwise. While we were respecting the store and it's employees by not yelling, getting rowdy or anything of the sort a employee approached us at the hitting station. He told us this is gym class don't mess around in a very mean tone. We were appauled but, still stayed and hit. 10 minutes later we were all up looking at the screen. We were holding golf clubs, but were not raising them or anything of the sort. We were simply reading the speed that we hit the ball. Then the employee comes up to us again. He told us get back stop effing around. He talked to us like we weren't even customers even though my friend purchased a set of gloves. I will never go to another golfsmith again. This is only because of their extremely poor customer service. P.S. THE GUYS NAME WAS DOUG I AM PRETTY SURE P.S.S. Go to golfdom it is a much better store
