Crossroads of Winchester - Pegasus Court, Suite 508

I love Crossroads and all the staff here. I have changed my whole life around in one year. From being homeless to having my own place with my son. I am thankful for everyone here. Shelia, Amanda and, most of all, JULIA! I wouldn’t be where I am without such a caring counselor. Also, All the dosing nurses always have such a great energy. So do Cody, Damien, and Hailey. Walking in the door and having them greet you with positivity sets the energy in that place. (I have never seen Cody in a bad mood. Very respectful and professional.) Everyone comes together as a TEAM and it shows. I will continue to go to crossroads in Winchester as long as I can or, as long as it’s needed. ❤️

Its ok but they over work there staff they give you drug screens even thou all there staff are to busy to give you one

Best clinic I have been to. The staff are awesome and if you think otherwise it’s because you are up to no good.

Wheelchair accessible/ public,private bathrooms. Courteous staff with comparable prices. This facility has no problem holding patients accountable, but sometimes fails to hold employee's accountable or to a higher standard. The turnover rate for staff here is high unfortunately due to corporate issues. If you need help Methadone is the BEST medication assisted treatment as far as harm reduction it can't be beat.
