        Suzan does an extremely difficult job and does it ethically, patiently and honestly. I have worked with her several times and her clients are her priority. She does not discuss anything with family members or anyone else who are NOT her clients, which is difficult for some people to understand. Mr. Ihavenoass is completely wrong on every count. I know for a fact the house in question was not worth $350,000 at that time of sale for a variety of reasons. It sold for $271,900 which is a matter of public recordand IMO, they were lucky to get it. There was a mortgage on the house that had to be paid at settlementalso a matter of public record.
