Thank you for your review.Your trash was not collected the week before due to it not being placed by the street where it is required to be. You then texted us saying that you forgot to put your trash out then sent us numerous rude text messages. We offered to send a truck back, but unfortunately we are unable to send a truck back to your home for free as it increases our expenses and could become very costly for us if going back for free was available to everyone.You threatened to leave us a poor review and that you would tell your neighbors to cancel if we did not “do our job”. Our job is to collect your trash and your responsibility is to place the trash bin out.Back in July 2023, your collection was paused due to an overdue balance. Just like this time, you sent rude text messages because your trash wasn’t collected. These overdue invoices were communicated several times before the pause.It is your responsibility to pay your bill and have your trash out before 5am in the required location for pickup so that we can do our job.Last week in your text message you said that we could get our bin next pickup and you would end service.We collected your trash yesterday and at 12:56pm, which is the middle of the day, we picked up the bin that we provided. We then refunded a partial amount since only 3 of the 4 pickups were made in the payment period.I had replied to your text message this morning and you said, “Lmao too long didn’t read” and “the customer is always right”.We do not appreciate the way you spoke to us this time and back in July. It is not ok to talk to other people that way. Despite how you treated us in July, we still continued to provide excellent customer service to you with quick responses to your questions and favors by text message, with one being at 9pm when we had been closed for hours.I really hope you do not speak the way you did in the text messages to every company that provides a service for you.Have a good day.
