Gotts Glasses Inc.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had when it comes to reaching a business. No matter how many times you call you never get an answer, I even attempted reaching out on Facebook. No voicemail is available and I’ve been waiting going on almost 2 weeks for a pair of glasses. Not so much the wait time thats bothering me just the lack of communication, that’s just absurd.

WORST PLACE TO GET GLASSES. I had to wait a MONTH to get glasses. And when I went to pick them up, the lenses fell out. it's Really BAD SERVICE HERE. Now I am waiting for my new pair and I think it's the worst place to get glasses

Dr Rhoades is great, explains everything well and does not rush you in and rush you out. Hannah is also extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak with and seems very knowledgeable about her job and dealing with the insurance companies (it would be helpful if she had business cards, since she is the main point of contact). If you are in need of a experienced, professional eye doctor and staff... Look no further 🤓 👓
