Tidewater exterminating was paid to treat my home for a pest problem..After two treatments they failed to improve the problem..The problem actually got worst..When we called them we got greeted with a bunch of excuses..I would not recommend this company to anyone ..I had to go to a totally different company after paying them over $200 .. I Called tidewater exterminating when we were very frustrated with our situation. Jordan answered the call and gave a run down of what he would be able to do to help. He gave an estimate of what it would cost as well so we were prepared. When Jordan arrived he was very polite and professional. He worked diligently to solve our problem. On top of that he was even kind to my very barky beagle. I cannot praise this company enough. I never thought I would be able to say that hiring an exterminator would be a positive experience, however, this time it certainly was. Service: Bug & insect extermination

*they tried* Weve had this company come to our house twice. The first time they came (over a year ago) to treat ants in our kitchen. The ants didnt entirely go away, and were back within a few days. I reached out to the company within our initial 30 days and left a voicemailno one got back to me within the 30 day period. After that I bought a big thing of Ortho home defense and sprayed the house myself. It has been both cheaper and more effective. Recently we had a bigger bug problem. I researched treatment from different companies on their websites and contacted this one againforgetting that it was the same company (we had the same exterminator both times). The exterminator is a great communicator. We worked around each others schedules. He quoted us $1,500-$1,800 initially over the phone. Once he visited our house, he said it would be cheaper. At the end he charged our card $1,649.04. He also told me he would email me a receiptI hoped that this would show me why it didnt end up ACTUALLY being cheaperno receipt was sent. After reaching out they said they could come do another treatment or drop the price to $1,500. If they charged my $1,499.99 I would at least think they were honest haha. I still havent received a receipt. If I were ever to use them again (hoping that this bug treatment really worked), Id request a paper copy of everything the exterminator was telling me. This exterminator is also generally lateso if you need to leave at an exact time think about telling him to come 15-20 minutes early.
