        Unreliable and overcharging. They don't arrive or return when they say they will, and they don't call to revise the plan. But if they FINALLY come through at all, they want to be overpaid immediately!

        I purchased some 12 inch concrete culvert sections for less than I could find them on the mainland.  Phil and Karen still offer great support even after they left their store front.
