Management is straight-forward and respectful, reaches out immediately upon completion of work, and has a depth of knowledge and insight that is invaluable as someone who doesn't feel comfortable working on or diagnosing their own vehicle. Went to this business to get my heater core replaced, it took all that stores hour's to get replaced, after all said and done 1395 dollars later they didn't put everything back together no radio no alarm and no airbag light, took it back they said they fix it, I took my truck out and found that they had broken my dash cover, now they dint want to replace it, DONT GO TO BUCKY'S Ever it will cost you more along with the price you pay to get the work done just don't go to bucky's. It will save you a headache. It's been almost three years since this and no compensation. They will take advantage of you. Tell you They can fix it then if you don't have the money they won't do it but will ask you to get a line of credit to have it repaired. This place is a sham. Do yourself a favor save a headache. Don't go there for repairs. Bottom line. You'll get rooked.

Took my 91 firebird down for a tuneup an a oil leak, they did a awsome job on the leak way more than i would of expected from most shops and even found the steering leak i didnt know i had. and as for the tune up didnt even need one just a few plugs not gapped correctly. even looked like they cleaned all the leakage i had off from the bad oil seal. will definitly be back for some of the other work i need done on this car Service: General repairs & maintenance
