Jacque and her team at PrimeLending are incredible! Due to her experience I had no issues throughout my rental investment purchase. She worked with me for over a year on many scenarios and so I knew she was willing to work with me until I found the right fit. Jacque was able to do all of this even with a young daughter and family. She was windsurfing in Oregon and still was available when we needed her. Lastly, she built in a rate drop so through the process my rate dropped about .25%! I would have never thought of this. Again, her experience paid off.
