Called numerous times. The owner Chris never responded. Bought a mini fridge there that was suppose to be high end outdoor unit and it acts like a freezer. It swings at times from 82 degrees to freezing. I even called asking to buy a new fridge and no response.

John is the very best service technician at LUWA.  He is prompt, professional, courteous and knows the products that he services.He went above and beyond today.  He even vacuumed the space under our Lynx BBQ!He reviewed the service history on the issues with the Lynx and solved the ignition issues.I highly recommend Lynx and John!

We recently bought a house with a Viking refrigerator. We have not owned a Viking appliance before and noticed after a few months that the refrigerator was not holding its temperature and was drifting up into the 40s when we had it set at 38 degrees. We were connected with LUWA through the manufacturer. We took time off work to meet with John from LUWA. John came to our house looked at the refrigerator, told us it was working fine and that what we were experiencing is normal for Viking refrigerators. He said as long as it was not alarming it was working ok and that we needed to give it time to return to the set temperature. We expressed our concern that this seemed to be a new issue and that food was spoiling faster. Nonetheless, he was adamant that this is how Viking refrigerators are designed and that we were not to worry.. About 1 week later the alarm started going off and the temp was regularly at 50 despite us trying to open it as little as possible as John had instructed. We decided to consult a different company who immediately diagnosed that it had a refrigerant leak and was out of refrigerant. They replaced the necessary part and we have not had any trouble keeping the refrigerator at 38 degrees despite us opening it many times during the warm summer months. We were very disappointed with our service from LUWA.
