Scheduling process was not professional. Person on the phone was talking and laughing with someone else and she asked multiple times to repeat. Oil change was scheduled but still required a wait. Vehicle settings were completely changed yet the oil change reminder was not reset. We consider the maintenance plan that we purchased with the vehicle a complete waste of money now.

Car got fixed so I am glad for that, but everything else was not great. Awful communication all around...getting your car fixed is never a fun experience but the lack of transparency into the whole process made it 3x worse. We take our 2016 Dodge Durango to the shop on a regular basis for all major work. Dont think we have ever missed critical work/maintenance needed to keep the car running strong. The last time we brought the car in was this most recent September, and we were told "the car is in phenomenal shape" ...so to have the car all the sudden have MASSIVE issues no less than 1.5months ago, makes me raise my eyebrow. I wont be coming back here
