I had a pretty convoluted road trip planned. I also had to trade in the rental car because of a tire at one point. Every employee at every enterprise along the way was stellar and amazing and I love each and every one of them. Thanks y’all. Looking forward to renting with this group again.

Terrible service by the branch manager at the Bellevue West Enterprise location, 12200 NE 12th St, Bellevue. Called us 30 minutes before our reservation and told me they did not have the car we needed (an SUV). Instead of offering another car and then delivering the right car the next day, the branch manager O. simply said to call other locations. This completely upended my family's morning, as we had to scramble and change doctor's appointments, meetings etc. Severely disappointed that costcotravel.com would allow this Enterprise branch to do false advertisement of car availability. If I knew the car was not available, I would have reserved it somewhere else. Also, super bad customer service from the Enterprise Bellevue West location and specifically the branch manager O. Luckily, the Avis branch nearby had the car we needed and was able to rent quickly. Kudos to Avis, Boo to Enterprise Bellevue West.
