I visited your location on 6th ave in Tacoma, the service was fine, food was fine, however my card was charged nearly triple the actual total. My order number was 178, I was helped by George. The total on the receipt is 11.96 my card however was charged $29.62. I called the location and Marlena was very friendly but refused to give me anything other than the number to the corporate office, she could not refund my card without the help of her district manager. I asked for this persons number, which she told me she could not give me. I asked for her managers number, again she refused to give this to me, over $18 has been stolen from me and I have to wait for her to get permission from someone who I cannot talk to to get my money back? Why not empower your people to do what is right for the customer? I can tell you that I will no longer visit any of your stores as I feel my CC is not safe. I did call the location back and she promised to call me back if her DM called her back tonight. Not a great way to do business.
