If you want help, don't expect it here because you won't get it . Everytime I've asked for help with my addiction I get the run around. Like I said in my other review, " I've lost all hope since I have been here...

Very polite and always make me feel welcome and safe when I donate even something simple like twin sheets and some candy. Men seem to feel comfortable and getting meals they enjoy. Wish more people would donate.

I met someone who became quite special to me over the holidays, He was excited to show me his bed but I wasn't allowed, I was quite offended because I could care less but he was happy to show his little universe. I pick him up from the hospital the other day. Now I can't get through, last text said it was rough, lost his bed, was sleeping outside. He needed my help because he wasn't getting a basic warm and flat spot on the floor or something. Now I've left voice messages at the shelter, emailed the shelter, and I don't know what else to do but call the police for a welfare check. I'm really worried that I failed him when he called a 3AM asking for me to pick him up. I'm so scared for him, such a kind hearted man. The qualities society is lacking today.
