The staff is nice and the location is decent. However, the building is aging and this is very obvious in the rooms. The mattress was quite worn and the people next to me were completely audible through the door dividing our rooms. I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel is located in a decent area the staff was nice BUT.. I was in room 285 and the bed was uncomfortable couldnt sleep hotel needs new beds
The mattress was uneven
HOT TUB IS BROKEN
Also the carpet was gross not so much in the rooms but the hallway
I purchased breakfast coupons which Monday and Tuesday they DO NOT offer hot breakfast. I was able to use my coupon Wednesday and the food was not good. Everything was premade and warmed up for you. Definitely not a hot breakfast.
FYI a waffle was $10
Most of it was grabbing go and they charge per item. I was question on my coupons because I had 2 and the lady did not want to honor them told me you have to stay two nights to have two I said Lady I stay three nights and have three and I will use them before I leave. .
Will not stay here again

This hotel has a poor standard service. When we arrived, bed sheets were not clean and we found a stain on the carpet. We requested for the room to be cleaned, and it was changed with one of the duvets that had a blood stain on it. No attention to details and doesnt care much on the customer service. It is such a pity since they are located in one of the most beautiful state.
We will definitely never coming back to Sonesta Hotel again.

Great clean rooms with great prices! However get ready to walk and walk, its faster to go to Safeway than to walk to the main lobby from your room.

All amenities cost extra. Cost $10 a night to park. Rooms are not cleaned daily, you have to go and ask and pick up more coffee for your room.
Rooms: Nice quiet rooms.
Walkability: No! You will need to drive anywhere you need to go even though the location is great.
Food & drinks: All breakfast food and coffee in the morning will cost you more than a meal out if you do not have a voucher! The voucher covers a breakfast burrito and a small coffee. Restaurants are reasonably close by. Within 10 minutes.
