Accident was in October 2019 . Estimate done beginning of Nov. Didnt receive a phone call in regards to the claim until Dec which was one phone call. I left atleast 5-10 messages in regards to someone at least contacting me about my claim. Adjuster supervisor processed payment for 1500 a couple hundred shy of estimate Jan 2020. I'll take the 1500 because according to the time schedule i wont receive the other 2-300 until APRIL. Word of advise Never get hit by a person with kemper auto insurance .Laziness is a compliment to the people who work there. One more accident by people in this lifetime and ill catch the bus , second one in my short life span. Hope this helps any one who gets in a accident with a auto insured by kemper.
