      image If you're looking to spend $3100 to survey a residential home with an acre lot go ahead and use these guys. In my opinion it's super expensive and the owner was a smart alec in his response to the high priced quote.

      Gear Jared,Geols appreciate feedback from our customers. We are sorry to hear that our estimate seams too high to you. You expressed opinion that the right price our survey work for your property should be around $350. We politly explained to you way this is not possible and that only recordingfee is around $300. So with the left $50 we are unable to match you expectation for boundary survey with disputed boundary. Please keep in mind that many factors are taking into account in created proposal, such as property size and shape, lack of close monumentations, is there a dispute, vegetation, terrain and distance to the site from our office. This is the reason for the proposals. You may accept or reject it. So our proposal is based how many hours we need to spent for research, computation, field work, drafting, checking and recording the product we offer in the proposal. is seems you are unaware of many aspect in our service to write this negative review but it is you right to write your opinion. We did not agree with it. We hope you will find surveying company that will match you budget of $350 for boundary survey.
