Carter was fantastic to work with. I needed to get LTC coverage so I could get the exemption from the WA payroll tax. He was professional and explained the policies available, the options and the differences between them all. His offerings and pricing far outmatched his competitors that I had also pulled quotes from. Carter was efficient and his assistant was quick to handle/process our policies.
I have recommended him to a half dozen people already and will be using him in the future for my insurance needs.

I got Becky's contact info from an agent w/whom we bought house and car insurance. I emailed Becky because I was desperate to find out more about long term care insurance and the new WA mandate around this. I got a response the very next day and they squeezed me in for a 5:30 p.m. zoom meeting. I met Carter, the owner along with Becky and he explained what I needed to do. He gave me great advice and I'll be back to purchase a policy from them. Both Carter and Becky were so helpful and gave me the information I needed!! Thank you!

It was my first time taking out a life insurance policy. Becky and Carter took the time to educate me on the different types of life insurance products. Once we had an introduction, they were able to suggest the best products for me. They were patient and responsive to my questions.
