Never would have thought Mercedes as penny pitchers and had no taste for good business. Was selling my 9 month old car with 5k miles for something different. Lowest offer I've received. Jeff was a stellar dude but to think I was considering a new Mercedes at top dollar while receiving a disgusting bottom dollar offer is insulting. Guess if you don't look the part they don't treat you as such. I didn't make my money by wearing flashy clothing you greedy mongols. I'll wave as I drive by in the new Porsche If I received a dollar for every time poor business asked me to call, I'd have no time to conduct my own business. Only advice... stop being cheap. You're Mercedes. Start acting like it.

BEWARE! Service dept pulled a bait/switch. They quoted $1035 to REBUILD a no-longer-available gear selector. They later acknowledge only cleaning the part, yet, shamelessly charged the quoted "rebuild" price. They're now fighting the credit card company to keep the full amount. No negotiation or offer to reduce it based on "no meeting of the minds" in contractual obligation. Unbelievable. Check TikTok under their name. Evidence of the part and messages from the service team will be there shortly.
