bought my Casio digital piano here and had a pleasant experience. show room is spacious and well stocked with many pianos, mostly upright and grand, very well-maintained and beautiful instruments. the digital selection is smaller and 100% Casio only, which I was skeptical of at first as i grew up playing Yamaha, but the one I bought surprised me in store by the sound quality, and have kept on bringing me joy as it plays really nicely. Oh, the life time trade-in policy is a definite plus.

We bought the piano at Northwest Piano. Cheri was simply great. She walked us thru several options, and asked our needs and budget. The piano arrived within a week. Fast and easy! Highly recommended!

I had been in the market for a used Yamaha piano for a couple of months, but used pianos of good quality are hard to find. Cheri answered my call one day and promised to text me when some came in. She followed through and I got my dream piano!

Cheri, the sales manager was excellent, and Nik was very helpful in providing notifications when various pianos we were interested in came into the store. Delivery was within 2 days of purchase. Everything went very smoothly and highly recommend! They have top tier pianos in their inventory!
