        Elena is awesome. She is loving, kind and is the best reflexologist. I have been going to Elena over 2 years and she has helped my feet and bad knees. This past Saturday I went in with my foot in an ortho. boot because I could not walk and by Monday morning, I no longer had to wear that boot and the pain in my foot was gone. I wish I could go to see Elena everyday. Her hands are made of gold.

By applying alternating pressure to the feet, hands, and ears, I can help your body relax to the point where it starts healing itself and getting back into balance.
