This place is such a ripoff, terrible communication and the worst part when i called demanded speak to the manager and 1 of the owners constantly talked without letting me getting to my point , never ever go back this place , bought a package for microneedling for my face and the technician refused to work my my nose , she said thats not how they work for microneedling procedure, isnt nose is part of the face ?!! Weird .

I regretfully bought a package of laser and chemical peels for acne scarring/hyperpigmentation and it was a complete waste of money and time. One the sessions actually caused me to breakout and i got even more scars. Their peels are a joke, my skin never peeled or even flaked. Every appointment I told them I was seen no results and they kept telling me excuses. Of course I wasnt expecting drastic results halfway thru but, ZERO improvement after being 80% thru the treatment plan is unacceptable when you spend over $2500. Ive never regretted something so much in my life. Read the rest of the 1 star reviews and take your money elsewhere.

I am about 4 sessions in for laser hair removal. The office is great and conveniently located with parking. I like the specialists on a human connection level, but unfortunately there arent results I can share and recommend. My underarms have some hair reduction, but my legs and bikini are unchanged. I also want to mention that the machines are older IPL machines and they are slower than more modern machines out there.

I have been long time customer and have take a couple of different services. This morning I was there for my signature facial which was different than last months signature facial. I told them so and I wanted to check my paper for the last time to compare with todays note. The technician didnt let me see and told me as it was official. That was very rude because these are the same paper we as customer sign after the treatment. Dont I have right to see what was the notes for my own treatment?
