        We use this software in our national spa chain. There is constantly issues with the performance of the program. It is impossible to get support in a timely manner as they are outsourced and they are always "looking into the problem". WOULD NOT SUGGEST for any business.

        This is a really convenient booking platform. Its equipped with so many features . The 24 hour support team is so helpful and always provide some type of solution/answer to help guide me in understanding how to get the most out of Zenoti and help our business grow.

        Since getting Tushar as my zenoti account manager things could not have been better. He has took the time to address all my current concerns and make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Tushar has really made working with Zenoti a pleasure and I am so happy to now have him as my account manager, he is truly the best and such a professional. Thank you Tushar!

        We are new to Zenoti, but everything we have experienced has been wonderful! Our old software required a ton of equipment, constantly had issues that were never resolved and would crash frequently which can be so frustrating! I absolutely love how Zenoti is cloud based and easily accessible on any device. Having an app for our clients to book really sets us a part from other salons in the area as well! Zenotis software is simple and just makes sense business wise for us. Our implementation did take some time because of how simple their software is, we used to over complicate everything for our business with our old software, Zenoti has made us become extremely streamlined and efficient and changed a lot of our business practices for the better. They always seem to be updating things and take suggestions on anything we can think of for the future! SO glad we made the switch to Zenoti!

        We have only been with Zenoti for a few months but we are happy with our transition and all of the support they have provided us. It is a complex system. They are available to help and answer questions at all times. We have not had to wait for assistance for more than a few minutes. 5 stars!
