Worst experience ever had.....Know how much they charge before you use this service.
I filed my tax returns in the month of Jan 2016. Still my tax refund is not processed yet by the IRS. This is the first time I am facing this; IRS says 'identity theft' and every time I call they ask me to wait till they process the funds. I am really not at all happy with the service offered by Libertytax for the high amount they charged from me. $220 for this???? where other reputed tax companies just charge $40 for this and always be helpful till end/everything gets resolved. No follow up from this company. How can they expect people who used their service will refer to friends/others? The tax refund that Libertytax declared for me is just peanuts. I have approached other tax consultants later and they wondered on why I am getting very less tax refund where I have possibility of getting a decent refund amount from IRS. I said that was my biggest mistake in approaching Liberty tax. Still waiting for tax refunds. close to 11 months now.
