I have read dozens of books on self improvement and living intentionally and this is my favorite. What I liked most about The Wild Mindset is that it is more than just a book - it is an entire course. There are exercises throughout the course that feed into each other and it is really well thought out and put together. In addition, there is a video component that ties into the book and exercises that adds a real sense of completeness. At this price point, it is a really good value and I recommend it.
