        I have used Key Bank for 30 years. I am done with them. NOTHING works as advertised, extremely problematic, nor is it what you claim it to be. I will be moving my accounts else where. You should be ashamed at the degradation of services over the last 10 years. COVID 19 is NOT an excuse.

        I went with the hassle free checking account. It has mitigated my side of the error of things (personal negligence with money i didnt have in the first place i.e. overdraft). In fact you don't pay an overdraft fee because you get declined trying to overdraft. Now, that is the ideal. And on the other side i have experienced no errors on their part. The tellers i have worked with have been terrific. Do not blame people or take your frustration out on them for the decisions and rules the c.e.o.s make. My banking experience with them has been superior to bank of america, chase (do not get me started), connection credit union (loan shark. Took my rent out of my checking to pay on a late loan WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION) while it was my fault for being late that practice is ILLEGAL! Kitsap bank was fun but they are out of the picture. Long story short. I am happy with key bank.
