We lived in a home ran by these guys for 17 months. We had numerous maintenance requests completely ignored, all the wood on the outside of the home is rotten. Jackie, our property manager, was often extremely rude when we called with questions too. We are a married couple, just purchased our first home and are expecting our first child. Despite communicating with Jackie that we wanted out of our lease 1 month early as we'd found our dream home and getting our end of things done and getting the keys to her well over 7 weeks before the end of our lease they still charged us rent for the month. I feel sorry for the owners of the home we rented and would not recommend using Reid PM to anyone.
