        Poor rv site maintenance such as trash pick up and fire pit cleaning. Scary dilapidated trailers with the windows smashed out don’t quite help with the “vibe”. A ladder into the playhouse for the kids wouldn’t be a bad start. Could be a great place with a little effort. Just a few minutes walk to the beach is great but neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Not anything like what the website represents unfortunately. Lets hope they turn it around for a win.
